Welcome to Ivy & Pearl. Monica Pearl Leonard Trading As Ivy and Pearl provides services to subject to terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.
The use of ‘We/Our/Us’ in this agreement refers to Ivy & Pearl. The use of ‘You’ in this agreement refers to you as the customer. The use of ‘Site’ in this agreement refers to the Ivy & Pearl website ivyandpearl.com.au.

Delivery Terms

Our shipping provider is Australia Post. All orders shipped are subject to Australia Post processing times. Standard Shipping costs $15 AUD. Free shipping is applicable only to orders over $99.00 AUD. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, unless advised otherwise. You will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number when/if applicable. If you wish to have your order express shipped, please contact us within 2 business days of your order. If your order has already been dispatched, this option is not available.

Payment Terms

Ivy & Pearl accepts payment for site orders at checkout. You will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted by Square. Orders must be paid in full and payment must be received by us within 2 business days of your order being placed.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit/debit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit/prohibit/cancel orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event that your order is refused/cancelled, a full refund will be issued. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit/debit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Product Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from our online store that you receive isn’t described as shown on our online store it can be returned – unused – as described in the returns section of this policy. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on our site, including without limitation, pricing information, except where required by law. No specified date or refresh date applied on the site should be taken to indicate that all information on the site has been modified or updated.


We sell soy wax candles, soy wax melts & candle/melt accessories. Our products are to be used in conjunction with our Candle Care tips. We do not accept any liability, loss, personal injury, damage, faults, defects or expense that you may suffer caused by the misuse of our products. You expressly agree that your use of our products is at your sole risk. All products delivered to you through our site are provided as is for your use. In no case shall we, or our service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damaged of any kind. This includes without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the products procured from our site. Nor any other claim related in any way to your use of our products, including but not limited to any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of our products. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damage, in such states of jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


Any dispute relating to any activity on our site or the purchase of any of our products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in QLD Australia unless you have in some way violated our intellectual property rights, in this case we may seek an injunctive.


We will accept returns for damaged, defective and incorrect products. If your product arrives in any of these states, please reach out to us via email at ivyandpearlcandles@gmail.com or via our social media channels. You will provide photographic proof and your order number along with your claim, product returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept returns of used products. Any accepted claims must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of the acceptance. If products are not shipped within 5 business days, the return will no longer be valid. If we deem the product to be supplied incorrectly (ex. the wrong scent was provided), or in incorrect quantities, we will ensure that your order is rectified. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. If you are unsure you will like a scent offered on our site, please read the scent description, visit one of our stockists or order a pack of melts to test the scent out. The customer will pay any costs relating to the return of an item including shipping expenses.

Intellectual Property

Should you choose to leave a review of one if our products purchased from our online store. We retain the right to use this review for marketing purposes, including Facebook, Instagram & website posts.
